We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Accountant (General) to join our dynamic team on full time basis.

Key Responsibility Area:
- Assisting in financial record keeping and financial activities
- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Assisting external auditor with the reports of management, investors, and regulatory authorities
- Preparing budget and costing monthly and analysing the same.
- Providing monthly forecasts to the management
- Complying with the tax laws and regulations, filing tax returns, and calculating tax liabilities
- Conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in purchasing and selling of property.
- Assisting external auditors with the audit process and providing proper documentation.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Complying with accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry-specific guidelines
- Monitoring and categorizing expenses and tracking them for financial analysis.
- Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
- Reconciling of bank statements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven Experience as an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Xero Accounting software and excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Other Requirements:
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
- First Aid Certification.
Annual Salary: $75, 000.00 – 80,000.00 plus superannuation.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Ability to commute/relocate:
Craigieburn/Epping: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
